Travis Kelce seen crying as fans joke Taylor Swift gave him a ‘personal concert’ with special mashup in Amsterdam

The Kansas City Chiefs tight end appeared to cry as Taylor Swift performed a special mashup during her Eras Tour concert in Amsterdam on Saturday night.

During the acoustic set of her three-hour show, the pop superstar surprised fans by singing “Mary’s Song (Oh My My My)” from her 2006 self-titled debut album for the first time in nearly 16 years.

A video taken by a concertgoer and shared on Instagram showed Kelce, also 34, seemingly wiping tears from his eyes as his girlfriend sang the lyrics, “‘Cause all I know is we said hello / And your eyes look like coming home / All I know is a simple name / And everything has changed.”

Seconds later, Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes’ wife, Brittany Mahomes, was seen walking over to Kelce to make sure he was OK as he continued to look emotional.

The “New Heights” podcast co-host was all smiles by the end of the mashup, though.

He was spotted cheering when Swift sang, “I’ll by 87, you’ll be 89,” an 18-year-old lyric that has taken on a new meaning recently because his jersey number is 87 and she was born in 1989.

“I’m sorry but this is her person. He’s literally crying cause she’s dedicating these songs to him. He adores her! also Brittany checking up on him 🥹,” one Swiftie wrote on X.

“OUR GIRL IS IN LOVE,” another declared on TikTok, where countless fans joked that Swift gave Kelce a “personal concert” since “So High School” also includes nods to the NFL star.

“The way she’s breaking her neck to look right at him 🥹,” one more TikTok user observed.

After the show, the couple was seen leaving the Johan Cruyff Arena together.

Swift and Kelce are celebrating their first anniversary this month.

The pair famously met after the football player tried — and failed — to give the Grammy winner a friendship bracelet with his phone number on it while attending her concert in Kansas City, Mo., in July 2023.

Since then, Kelce has attended numerous Eras Tour dates, while Swift was a regular in the crowd at the Chiefs’ games last season, including the team’s victorious Super Bowl LVIII.
