Jason Kelce has become known for typically sporting the same types of outfits—the recently-retired NFL star likes to keep it casual in tees, shorts or leisure pants and flip flops, for the most part—so anytime he’s seen wearing something uncharacteristic, people notice.

A prime example of this comes during his current golf trip to the ACC Championship, a tournament held in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada, where he was filmed appropriately donning khaki pants with a powder blue polo shirt.

On Wednesday, July 10, one of NBC’s official sports social media accounts shared a video of the former Philadelphia Eagles center on X, joking, “Update from the @ACChampionship driving range: @JasonKelce brought khaki’s for Jason,” in the upload’s caption.

Shortly after, the 36-year-old reposted the clip to his own personal account, admitting, “I mean, if I’m being honest Kylie [Kelce] went out and bought them last minute and packed them for me.”

The admission that it was actually his wife who was responsible for his put-together look caused fans to waste no time in commending the mom of three for her efforts, dubbing her “most valuable queen!”

“All hail princess kyana,” another proclaimed, mentioning the nickname her husband and his brother, Travis Kelce, affectionately gave her and often refer to her as on their podcast New Heights.

“You’ve got a GREAT wife!” someone else declared, as an additional commenter comically added, “Kylie is setting a #thirsttrap and she knows it. This wasn’t an act of love for you, she’s showing off her mans. Be sure to thank that Queen for us.”

“Honesty is the best policy good job jason,” another fan applauded.

Meanwhile, a separate X user theorized, “Bet you’d have your flip flops on if you could.”

Jason is playing in the celebrity golf tournament for the first time this year, alongside Travis. Miles Teller, Charles Barkley, Tony Romo, Don Cheadle, Vince Carter, Carson Daly, Dylan Dreyer, and a host of other famous faces are also set to compete.
