NFL star Travis Kelce returned from a romantic summer in Europe with Taylor Swift, bringing back more than $130,000 worth of gifts for his Kansas City Chiefs teammates, according to recent reports.

The couple’s whirlwind summer included joining Swift on her international “Eras Tour” in London, where Kelce even made a cameo on stage at Wembley Stadium.

Their travels took them to several European countries, with Italy emerging as a standout favorite for Kelce.

Kelce’s fondness for Italy, particularly the picturesque Lake Como, inspired him to share a taste of his experiences with his teammates as the Chiefs’ training camp began. According to the US Sun, Kelce wanted to show his excitement and appreciation for his team by presenting them with Italian-inspired gift boxes.

“He always does this at the beginning of every season,” a source close to Kelce revealed. “But this year, he wanted to do something special and got them a little package of presents for each player and some guys on the staff.”

Kelce reportedly arrived at training camp with 65 gift boxes containing an assortment of luxurious items. Among the highlights were bottles of fine Tuscan wines. He spent approximately $199,500 on the 2021 Tuda San Guido Sassicaia red wine, with each bottle costing $300. Additionally, he purchased bottles of the 2019 Barolo di Montopoli by Serralunga, costing $150 each, totaling $9,750.

The generosity didn’t stop at wine. Kelce also included high-end accessories from luxury Italian designer Bottega Veneta. He spent close to $34,000 on passport holders priced at $520 each and almost $72,000 on leather travel pouches costing $1,100 each.

Kelce’s lavish gifts come five months after the Chiefs’ second consecutive Super Bowl triumph in Las Vegas. As the team gears up for a historic three-peat in the upcoming season—a feat never before achieved in NFL history—Kelce’s gesture underscores his enthusiasm and camaraderie.

While Kelce prepares for the new NFL season, Swift continues her “Eras Tour,” with her current stop in Poland. The couple reportedly enjoyed Italy so much that they have started house hunting for a love nest in Lake Como, marking another significant step in their relationship.
