“The energy at our last live event in Cincinnati was off the charts,” recalled Jason Kelce, the beloved center for the Philadelphia Eagles.
“We’re determined to bring that same electric atmosphere to Cannes and give our listeners an experience they’ll never forget.” But the Kelce brothers’ journey to the French Riviera hasn’t been without its share of memorable mishaps.
During the Cincinnati event, Jason Kelce revealed a hilarious incident where he lost his prized 2018 Super Bowl ring in a pool of chili.
Despite the team’s best efforts, the ring remains elusive, lost to the depths of a Cincinnati landfill. “I still can’t believe it,” Jason lamented with a chuckle. “Travis and I have had our fair share of wild moments, but this one takes the cake. We’re just grateful no one got hurt in the chili scramble!” Undeterred by the ring’s disappearance, the brothers are eager to add more unforgettable moments to their growing legacy. And they’ll have no shortage of support, as the Stagwell Sport Beach 2024 event promises to be a veritable who’s who of the sports and entertainment world. Former NBA superstar Carmelo Anthony will be on hand to host the Wine & Spirits Festival, where attendees can indulge in tastings of the Kelce brothers’ Garage Beer, Anthony’s own wine brand, as well as offerings from NBA point guard Chris Paul’s La Fête du Rosé, Shannon Sharpe’s Le Portier premier cognac, and the iconic Don Julio’s signature Paloma cocktail. “Sport Beach is all about bringing together the best of sport, creativity, and culture,” said Stagwell’s Chief Brand and Communications Officer, Beth Sidhu. “With the Kelce brothers leading the charge, we’re confident this year’s event will be a true celebration of the power of collaboration and the boundless energy of these remarkable athletes.”
