On Wednesday, a clip of the 34-year-old, three-time Super Bowl champ’ went viral on X, as it showed him getting into the nitty gritty of his strategy on the gridiron in front of students enrolled in his ‘Tight End University’ summer program.
The video was originally posted on YouTube by Play Football’s account.
‘i genuinely appreciate a thorough explanation of what goes on in his head…’ wrote the fan who shared the content on X.
‘how could you read the coverage, make a decision, react, and make the catch within seconds?? this skill does not even seem easily teachable??’
People praised Kelce for taking the time to explain his X’s and O’s to those who look up to him
Other users on the social media platform seemed to agree as they praised Kelce.
‘boys all had their pens out but you can tell some are having trouble seeing what he sees,’ someone noticed.
‘In the end, even if you have the situational intelligence to pull this off, you still have to have the skills to catch the ball in traffic and physical stature to withstand the hits,’ another person pointed out.
‘He and Gronk are the two best ever at TE. They changed the sport.’
A different individual said: ‘it’s rare to be able to have all of it, and at the same time be able to win championships. just crazy…’
‘This all seems to come to him so naturally. So I agree: very hard to teach or to explain,’ shared a fellow user.
‘Because he does it instinctively ([Travis’ brother] Jason has mentioned this several times), so in order to teach it, he has to try and break it down into understandable steps. Not easy.’
As of late, other than the high praise on social media, Kelce has been confirmed to appear in Adam Sandler’s sequel of his popular movie, ‘Happy Gilmore,’ taking his acting career to new heights.
Kelce has also been reportedly said to have showered Taylor Swift – his popstar girlfriend – with a $31,000 gift.
