LONDON — In an unprecedented and history-making move, King Charles III has reportedly expressed his intention to name Princess Charlotte, the daughter of Prince William and Princess Catherine, as a future Queen of the United Kingdom, bypassing traditional lines of succession — and sparking immediate reaction from Queen Camilla.
