The radio conversation went viral quickly. F1 fans couldn’t believe what they were hearing. It’s the last straw… 😳

Formula 1 fans have strongly criticized Ferrari after the last exchange of radio messages between Lewis Hamilton and the team during the classification of the Great Britain Grand Prix.

On Saturday, the classification took place in Silverstone before the Grand Prix of Britain on Sunday.

Hamilton, Charles Leclerc, Max Verstappen, Lando Norris and Oscar Piastri were among the favorites to get the crucial pole position.

However, at the end of the first classification session, Hamilton lived moments of nervousness upon learning that he could not mark another time.

As a result, the seven -time world champion ended up sneaking to Q2 in 14th place, only two positions above the limit.

On his team’s radio, Hamilton asked: “Do we run any risk? Can I compete again?”

His career engineer, Riccardo Adami, replied: “Negative. I have to box”, to which Hamilton replied: “There is still time. Why? Why should it?”

Adami added: “I have no fuel.”

A seemingly stunned Hamilton replied: “Oh. Why …” ok … “.

In social networks, an amateur commented: “Hamilton has to leave Ferrari. They do not respect him or his knowledge as a pilot. He will never win anything until he leaves them.”

Another tweet: “I don’t say that I would be surprised, but there is an undeniable precedent that Hamilton has decided to leave Ferrari after this season. A stupid decision after another. I don’t blame Hamilton at all.”

A third fan added: “I swear I have never seen a team as amateur as this.”

Someone else wrote: “What is Ferrari doing?”

A fifth commented: “The best paid strategists, but doing amateur things.”

During Q2, Ferrari continued to have difficulties at the beginning of the session, which led Martin Brundle to ask a worrying question.

He commented on Sky Sports F1: “Where did the Ferrari rhythm we saw stopped? Before it was practically a clean play.”

However, Hamilton yielded when he mattered the most, managing to move to Q3 marking the fastest return of the session.
