Lewis Hamilton has signalled his intention to continue racing into his forties, insisting there remains “great harmony” within Ferrari despite enduring a challenging first campaign with the Italian outfit.
The seven-time world champion, who turned 41 earlier this month, spoke positively about the atmosphere at Maranello following what proved to be a disappointing 2025 season.
“There is just something romantic when you go to Ferrari, with the brand, and there is great harmony in the team, even with all the ups and downs that we’ve been having,” Hamilton said, per RacingNews365.
His move to the Scuderia failed to deliver the results many had anticipated.
Hamilton’s debut year at Ferrari saw him finish sixth in the drivers’ championship, marking a significant downturn in fortunes for the British driver.
For the first time in his illustrious Formula One career, he failed to secure a single grand prix podium throughout an entire season.
