The bad blood between the Washington Commanders and the Philadelphia Eagles on the field is legendary. These two teams hate each other between the lines.
But that doesn’t mean we can’t cheer for off-the-field accomplishments in one city or another.
For instance: Former Eagles All-Pro Jason Kelce and wife Kylie just helped raise nearly $1 million for autism research in a fund raiser for the Eagles Autism Foundation.
For the last four years, Jason and Kylie Kelce have been organizing, running and fundraising for the Eagles Autism Foundation. Kylie founded the organization and this was their biggest year yet.
She took to social media to praise the fans who support this event.
“Year 4 numbers are in,” Kylie posted on Instagram. “In just 2 days you helped raise $865,000 and counting!!! The enthusiasm and generosity around this event never ceases to amazing me.
“People can say what they want about Philly and Eagles fans, but it’s things like this that make it clear why we are so proud to be a part of this community. … We might throw snowballs at Santa, but we’ll also throw money across a bar and chug some beers to support people with Autism! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Pencil us in for Year 5 on 6/25?”

In 2023, the Kelce and the gang raised nearly $500,000 but nearly doubled that this year. Jason was behind the bar, slinging drinks after walking through the crowd wearing his green WrestleMania luchador mask and passing out Jello shots.
Hmm. Jason Kelce’s really not a bad guy. For an Eagle, that is.
