The supermodel gifted the pop star a gold ring that featured Swift’s “favorite things,” including her cat Benjamin Button, her lucky No. 13 and boyfriend Travis Kelce’s jersey No. 87.
Cece Jewellery founder and designer Cece Fein-Hughes tells TODAY.com exclusively that the ring had already been “pre-designed” for a social media campaign where followers could guess the celebrity pet. Once Hadid saw it, Fein-Hughes says, she wanted to buy it.
“Taylor’s portrait incorporated all her favorite things — reflecting her immense success and constant travels. We wanted it to symbolize her favorite things that could always stay close to her, no matter the distance,” the designer says. “Her famous cat Benjamin Button that graced the cover of Time magazine, there was a nod to Travis Kelce with his jersey number, her lucky No. 13 and a reference to her latest album, which was featured as a secret engraving requested by Gigi herself.”
Fein-Hughes says that she and her team “were over the moon, as you can imagine!”

With Benjamin as the centerpiece, she hopes they get to design additional pieces with her other two cats, Olivia and Meredith.
The bespoke pieces typically require up to 16 weeks to create, Fein-Hughes says, “as we employ the ancient art of Champlevé enamel,” and prices start at £3,200 or roughly around $4,000 depending on the design and size of the ring or pendant.
“These are really one-of-a-kind pieces that customers are able to use as a canvas to pick any personal motifs or symbols that I can then incorporate to create miniature magical artworks that the customer can wear forever,” she says.
She and her team have yet to hear from Swift personally, but hope to “see her wearing it soon.”
“We have heard from Gigi who has been so sweet throughout the whole process!” Fein-Hughes said. “She said Taylor loved it!”

Hadid commented on the post, writing, “It’s perfect☺️ thank u x.” Hadid has previously shown her support for Swift and Kelce’s love story. After a tabloid reported that the model “doesn’t agree with the way Swift has been acting” in the relationship, Hadid shut down the rumors.
“I’m a couple days late to this tag … but didn’t the press try this last week w Selena? Let it be … we are all over the moon for our girl. Period,” Hadid wrote in an Instagram comment on Nov. 13.
Kelce, on his end, also has gifted Swift personalized jewelry in the past.
The athlete previously designed a custom tennis bracelet for Swift. Earlier this year, eye-eagled fans noticed the singer wearing a diamond “TNT” tennis bracelet when she hugged Kelce after the Kansas City Chiefs defeated the Baltimore Ravens on Jan. 28.
Kelce and Swift showed their love for one another in a big way over the weekend. The “Lover” singer had three shows at London’s Wembley Stadium and he was in attendance, along with a slew of celebrities that included Prince William and kids Prince George and Princess Charlotte.
During Swift’s June 23 concert, Kelce made his onstage debut after watching from the VIP tent.
The athlete — and proud boyfriend — was part of the “I Can Do It With a Broken Heart” performance. Wearing a tuxedo and top hat, Kelce’s cameo included carrying Swift and acting along with the other dancers during the interlude.
