Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce was spotted enjoying a magical day with his family at Walt Disney World in Orlando on Friday.
Sporting a Mickey Mouse shirt, the 36-year-old NFL star was seen on the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train ride, happily posing for pictures with fans and helping his kids onto the Mad Tea Party teacup ride, according to TMZ Sports.
This family outing came less than 24 hours after Kelce participated in the NFL Pro Bowl Games, where he entertained fans by competing in the Snapshots Challenge.
In an interview prior to his appearance, Kelce shared his excitement about the event, noting that the highlight of being selected for the Pro Bowl was the opportunity to take his children to Disney World. “I don’t even know what you do in the Pro Bowl anymore, but it’s down in Orlando, so I get to take my kids to Walt Disney World,” Kelce told reporter Zack Berman.
During the Snapshots Challenge, Kelce attempted to long snap a football through various targets, each worth between one to five points. Despite his determination to hit the five-point target, Kelce humorously struggled throughout his turn, only managing to score once. “If you’re not first, you’re last, right? So you got to go big or go home,” Kelce said after the event. “I don’t know, man, the five was just speaking to me. Unfortunately, I didn’t answer too much when it called.”
The Pro Bowl Games saw the NFC take a 12-6 lead over the AFC after Thursday’s opening day, which included lively dodgeball encounters and precision tests. The competition will resume on Sunday with three flag football games and additional skills challenges.
As Kelce contemplates his future in the NFL, his family day at Disney World and participation in the Pro Bowl Games serve as a reminder of his multifaceted life beyond the football field. Fans and fellow players alike enjoyed seeing Kelce’s playful side, making for a memorable Pro Bowl weekend.
