Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce is not only a superstar on the field but also the favorite uncle off the field.

According to his brother, Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce, Travis has won the hearts of Jason’s three daughters, becoming the epitome of the perfect uncle.

Jason and his wife, Kylie McDevitt Kelce, married in 2018, share three daughters: Wyatt Elizabeth, Elliot Ray, and Bennett Lan.

In a candid interview on the brothers’ podcast, “New Heights,” in September 2023, Kylie humorously discussed her reservations about leaving Travis to babysit the children unsupervised.

When Travis inquired about the duration he would be trusted to babysit, Kylie quipped, “But then who is watching you?” She humorously recounted how their eldest, Wyatt, reassured her by saying, “I’ll keep an eye on him, Mom.” Ultimately, Kylie admitted she would only trust Travis alone with the kids for about an hour, adding that he could manage Wyatt on his own.

Despite these playful jests, Kylie revealed in a February 2023 interview with People magazine that Travis is the “absolute best uncle” to her daughters. Jason even mentioned that the girls might prefer Travis over him. “He comes to our house to visit, and the poor guy doesn’t sit on the couch because our daughters will be like, ‘No, no, you sit on the floor. We’re going to do a puzzle, build blocks, do this, do that,'” Kylie shared.

Kylie acknowledged that she has often reminded Travis that he can decline their children’s numerous requests. However, Travis, fully embracing his role, finds it difficult to say no. “Our oldest, she’s our boss, our ring leader, and she just has demand after demand for him. I’m like, ‘Trav, you know you can tell Wyatt no,’ but he was like, ‘Yeah, I don’t think I can,'” Kylie recounted.

From jumping up and down to rolling on the floor and even pretending to be a pony, Travis is always ready to engage in his nieces’ activities. “He’s all in when it comes to being an uncle. He is the epitome of an uncle just through and through,” Kylie added.
