Get ready to laugh out loud and enjoy breakfast like never before with the upcoming launch of the Kelce brothers’ new cereal, “Kelce Mix.”
The cereal, a partnership with General Mills, is set to hit shelves nationwide in September, just in time for the NFL season.
The Kelce brothers, Jason and Travis, have been teasing this exciting collaboration for months, and now it’s officially confirmed.
Kelce Mix will be a delightful combination of three of General Mills’ most popular cereals: Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, and Reese’s Puffs — each a personal favorite of the brothers.
At the Cannes Lions festival in June, Jason Kelce shared his initial skepticism about the mix. “We were like, this is going to be terrible, but it’s good,” he revealed. “Trust me, I don’t know why it works, but it works.”
The new cereal boxes will feature the Kelce brothers prominently, with their faces gracing the front and a cartoon depiction of the two on the back. This playful design captures their fun-loving personalities and adds a unique twist to the cereal aisle.
Additionally, select boxes of other General Mills cereals like Honey Nut Cheerios, Cinnamon Toast Crunch, Lucky Charms, and Reese’s Puffs will be marked as “Kelce’s Picks,” featuring small photos of the brothers on a banner. This special edition packaging highlights the Kelce brothers’ favorite cereals and will be available across the country.
Travis Kelce expressed his excitement in a statement, saying, “I’ve said that I’d eat a whole box of Reese’s Puffs cereal in one sitting, and while I stand by that, our creation might just be the new MVP of the cereal aisle. We’d go through two to three boxes of our favorite cereals a week when we were growing up, so being able to team up with General Mills now is a full circle moment for us.”
This new cereal venture is one of many projects keeping Jason Kelce busy. Earlier this year, the retired Eagles center also had his face featured on a Campbell’s soup can, adding to his growing list of brand partnerships. “I’m probably more busy than I’ve ever been,” Jason mentioned ahead of his annual celebrity bartending event in Sea Isle. “Part of that is because it’s more chaotic and I travel a lot more; the things that I’m signing on for are all over the place.”
To promote Kelce Mix, the brothers filmed a fun-filled promotional video, engaging in a “Cereal Training Camp.” While the video hasn’t been released yet, Jason shared a glimpse of the experience. “I haven’t eaten that much cereal in such a long time. It was unbelievable,” he said on the June 5 episode of New Heights.
With its unique blend of beloved cereals and the infectious charm of the Kelce brothers, Kelce Mix is poised to be a hit among fans and cereal lovers alike. Make sure to grab a box this September and enjoy a breakfast that’s sure to bring a smile to your face.
