OMG: Jason Kelce REVEALS Why THEY’RE QUITING The ‘NEW HEIGHTS PODCAST’

In a surprising turn of events, NFL superstars Travis Kelce and Jason Kelce have announced that they will be taking an unexpected break from their beloved “New Heights” podcast.

The news has left fans disappointed, but the brothers have provided a heartfelt explanation that has touched the lives of their audience.

The announcement came during the season 2 finale of the podcast, released on July 3, 2024.

Jason Kelce, the former Philadelphia Eagles star who recently confirmed his retirement from the NFL, opened up about the reason behind the hiatus. ”

All that means to me is we’ve got a nice couple months off from podcasting,” Jason Kelce said. Emotional Jason Kelce cries on the sidelines during what might’ve been his final game in the NFL“Because I guess in three weeks’ time, Travis will be in the middle of training camp, and let me tell you, not enough time to do a podcast, especially the best podcast in the world.” He continued, “He’s going to be busy focusing on football, getting in shape for this upcoming season, so we’re going to be off for, I think, two months.”

Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs tight end, echoed his brother’s sentiments, saying, “I’m down to pick it back up once we’re done with training camp.” While the news of the hiatus may have come as a disappointment to their loyal listeners, the Kelce brothers made it clear that their decision was driven by their unwavering commitment to their respective careers and the desire to give their full attention to the upcoming NFL season.

However, the episode didn’t end on a somber note. In fact, Travis Kelce took the opportunity to share a heartwarming story about his recent appearance on stage during his girlfriend Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour concert in London. “I initially mentioned it to Tay,” Travis Kelce revealed. “I was like, how funny would it be if I just rolled out on one of the bikes during the 1989 album era?” When Swift expressed disbelief that he actually wanted to appear on stage, Travis Kelce, who has attended at least 10 of the “Cruel Summer” singer’s Eras Tour concerts, added, “I’ve seen the show enough, might as well put me to work here.”
