Travis Kelce, the Kansas City Chiefs’ star tight end, is continuing to bolster his advertising portfolio during the NFL off-season.
Recently, Kelce was spotted in Long Beach, California, filming an ad campaign for Lowe’s. Dressed in a custom Lowe’s football jersey featuring his iconic number 87 and name across the back, Kelce looked at ease as he wandered around the vibrant garden set at a Lowe’s location.
Kelce wasn’t the only star on set; he was joined by San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey. The two NFL powerhouses faced off against each other in the Super Bowl just months ago, with Kelce and the Chiefs coming out on top.
This commercial marks another collaboration between Kelce and McCaffrey, who partnered for a Lowe’s commercial last year alongside Dallas Cowboys quarterback Dak Prescott. However, Prescott was not present during the recent shoot.
Travis Kelce has a longstanding relationship with Lowe’s, having worked with the hardware giant for years. His partnership extends beyond commercials, as he has also collaborated with Lowe’s for charitable efforts through his foundation, 87 Running. In 2021, they joined forces in Kansas City to create a new STEM learning lab for Operation Breakthrough, showcasing their commitment to community development.
Additionally, Kelce has his own page on the Lowe’s website, highlighting his top picks from the brand. His curated inventory includes a Blackstone griddle, tools, Chiefs-themed cornhole, and other outdoor items, reflecting his personal tastes and lifestyle.
This off-season, Kelce has been busy with various commercial shoots. He recently appeared in a new ad alongside LSU gymnast Olivia Dunne. The three-time Super Bowl champion, who is an investor in the energy drink brand Accelerator, posed with Dunne, one of the brand’s ambassadors, in a playful photo shoot and quick ad that aired earlier this month.
Expanding his entrepreneurial ventures, Kelce also partnered with his brother, Jason Kelce, to take over Garage Beer, an independent light beer company. Currently sold in Missouri, Ohio, Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, West Virginia, Idaho, Montana, and New Jersey, the company plans to expand to new states under the Kelce brothers’ ownership. Jason and Travis are actively involved in all aspects of the business, from brewing to distribution, ensuring the brand’s growth and success.
As Travis Kelce continues to diversify his off-field activities, his ventures in advertising, community service, and business ownership highlight his multifaceted talents and commitment to making a positive impact both on and off the field.
