Much has changed for Travis Kelce over the past year as his relationship with Taylor Swift continues to blossom — specifically seeing people pull up to his private residence.
When discussing his high-profile romance with the pop superstar on Tuesday’s installment of the “Bussin’ with the Boys” podcast, the Chiefs tight end, 34, elaborated on the wildest part about dating Swift, also 34.
“That’s been the craziest, definitely the pulling up to the house,” Kelce said.
First linked in the summer of 2023, Kelce’s celebrity intensified when his relationship with Swift was revealed that fall.
The 14-time Grammy winner stepped out for her first Chiefs game in September 2023 before the couple made their relationship public with a New York outing a month later.
“It’s been cool, it’s a different demographic than the NFL really, so it’s been cool to kind of dabble in that and see her following and everything cause it’s been fun, it’s a lot more kids are way more into the game. The Chiefs fans have turned into a lot of her fans or her fans have turned into Chiefs fans,” Kelce said.
“I’ve had fun with just about every aspect of it, it’s just, when you’re at home, you want privacy, and you don’t always get that.”
Kelce previously spoke about the paparazzi sightings outside his house following Swift’s Arrowhead Stadium appearance last September.
“I’ve noticed a few things, paparazzi outside my house, s–t like that, for sure, one hundred percent, and they all have British accents too, or something European,” the three-time Super Bowl champion said on a previous episode of the “New Heights” podcast he co-hosts with older brother Jason Kelce.
Kelce later added a $6 million Kansas City property to his real estate portfolio that offered more privacy.
Despite the attention surrounding Swift’s every move, Kelce added Tuesday on “Bussin’ with the Boys” that he’s in awe of how “she just keeps it so chill.”
“She’s very self-aware, she understands situations like that and I think that’s why I started to really fall for her was how genuine she is around friends and family,” Kelce said. “It can get crazy for somebody with that much attention and she just keeps it so chill and so cool and I can admire it for sure.”
Kelce recently supported Swift in London during the European leg of her blockbuster Eras Tour, even making a cameo during “The Tortured Poets Department” set Sunday at Wembley Stadium.
Her tour will conclude in December when Kelce is in the midst of his 12th NFL season.
